Hit and Miss. That's how we'd describe Kim Kardashian's look at the launch of her "True Reflection" fragrance at Lord & Taylor in New York City on September 6, 2012. Love the smoky eyes, expertly applied of course, but the foundation mismatch and overuse of cosmetics in general paired with the slicked back hair over powers a woman who, in our eyes, can look much better than this. The takeaway? Use makeup to enhance your beauty rather than overwhelm it. {Worst}
